I specialize in a psychodynamic-experiential approach to helping women and families in the transition to motherhood/parenthoood, and in treating postpartum mood disorders. My bottom-up approach focuses on getting to the root cause of suffering in a compassionate, timely, purposeful manner.

I specialize in couples and family work- I help partners navigate stressors or mood disorders during the postpartum stage and solidify connection and co-regulation. I also do intergenerational family work, or whole family systems work where parents can bring in their parents (grandparents) to help the family adjust to new challenges in the postpartum stage.

I also have a special interest and focus in parenting and attachment.
