I am a Perinatal Therapist specializing in Women’s and Maternal Mental Health. I am licensed in DC, Maryland, Virginia, New York, and Connecticut. My passion is working with mothers and individuals who identify as female and my area of focus is in Reproductive Mental Health. I am deeply devoted to supporting mothers and families navigating unanticipated challenges and stressors in the perinatal period and my mission is to empower women throughout the arc of their maternal journey. In addition to maternal mental health, my clinical focus is working with all women throughout their different seasons of adulthood.

I specialize in treating a range of anxiety and mood disorders that women may experience while navigating role and identity transitions. I integrate my advanced clinical training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with the intersection of evidence-based and actionable Cognitive Behavioral interventions that you can apply in the here and now.
At Balance Bayly Therapy, we provide HIPAA-compliant teletherapy for women throughout the DMV, New York, and Connecticut to ensure that high quality care and specialized treatment is available irrespective of your physical location.
