I specialize in women's mental health with a focus on perinatal and reproductive concerns. I'm also passionate about working with adults to address anxiety, perfectionism, relationship issues and adjustment-related concerns.

I believe that the right therapeutic relationship can guide and empower you towards healing and strengthening resilience.

As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider, I am especially passionate about women’s mental health during pregnancy and the postnatal period. I have completed additional training from Postpartum Support International (PSI) to ensure that I am specifically equipped to support birthing and non-birthing individuals.

Telehealth services are currently available statewide in: Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC and Florida.
