I specialize in women's reproductive mental health including treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, fertility concerns, and pregnancy loss. I believe the foundation of successful therapeutic work is a strong therapist-client relationship. I understand the importance of this relationship, and strive to establish a collaborative and supportive working connection filled with warmth and understanding. Through therapy, I will work with the client to identify and address present challenges, identify tools to navigate current and future difficult situations, make changes to patterns of behavior or thoughts that cause distress, and examine patterns in their relationships. My work with clients focuses on broadening and deepening their awareness of themselves. We are all unique and as such, each treatment plan will be adapted to the client's specific needs. Prior to scheduling a full session, I offer a 10 to 15 minute complimentary phone consultation. This consultation offers an opportunity to discuss the client's main reasons for seeking treatment, address questions, and identify what next steps would be most helpful for them.
