I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in women’s mental health and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I also have expertise in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, ADHD, emotion dysregulation, coping with health issues and chronic illness, and stress-related disorders across the lifespan. Further, I provide parent consultation and coaching to help parents respond more effectively to challenging child and teen behaviors, and enact lasting change in the home.

I believe deeply in the power of a positive and genuine therapeutic relationship, and my style is warm, validating, and non-judgmental. I combine this with concrete, evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, and mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches. I have also completed Foundational EMDR Training through a perinatal lens, and use this modality for trauma-informed therapy. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual client. No two therapy journeys are the same, and my process starts with meeting you where you are, identifying where you want to be, and establishing goals for therapy that can help get you there. Together, we work as a team to identify and explore emotions, understand unhelpful patterns of behavior and thought, and develop effective coping skills.
