Emily Rosen, MD

I am a psychiatrist specializing in women’s mental health. Through my practice, EmpowerHER Psychiatry, I support women navigating the complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood, as well as those facing decisions about starting a family or managing infertility. I understand how overwhelming, isolating, or uncertain these periods can feel, and I aim to provide care that is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each woman’s unique story.

My approach combines psychopharmacology with therapy, lifestyle guidance, and holistic strategies to help women find balance and resilience during these pivotal times. As someone who has navigated the journey into motherhood myself, I bring both clinical expertise and personal insight to my work. I am dedicated to helping women feel supported, empowered, and equipped to care for themselves while caring for their families.
