I support individuals, couples, and families in the perinatal period in planning to become parents, during pregnancy and postpartum, and with parenting children of all ages. I practice from a psychodynamic foundation, and integrate other approaches as necessary to support the whole person. As a trained nature-informed therapist, I also incorporate nature-based approaches both in the office, virtually, and in park spaces in Washington, DC. I look forward to meeting you!
