Welcome! I have over 12 years of experience in mental health and provide psychotherapy for adults living in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. I have earned my PMH-C through advanced perinatal mental health training and specialize in working with people experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, fertility challenges, in addition to grief and loss related to miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss.

I have a strong passion and speciality for working with the perinatal period. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort and I will work alongside you to make sure your goals are met in a way that feels authentic to your process.
