About Dana Goldenberg, LPC, PMH-C
Living as your own worst critic can drain you of your sense of empowerment and energy. You might struggle with a demanding inner monologue that includes anxious, shameful thoughts. If your instinct is to regularly criticize and blame yourself for perceived failures, I can help. I am a psychotherapist licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia with over 9 years of experience. I work with adults and young adults from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing challenges related to: anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, fertility, work-life balance, life transitions, and issues stemming from low self-worth.
As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider, I am especially passionate about women’s mental health during pregnancy and the postnatal period. I have completed additional training from Postpartum Support International (PSI) to ensure that I am specifically equipped to support birthing and non-birthing individuals.
If you’re tired of carrying the burden of anxiety and unrealistic expectations, therapy can help. I believe that the right therapeutic relationship can guide and empower clients toward healing and strengthening resilience. I offer individualized online therapy to clients throughout: Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and Florida.
