About Dana Seltzer, LICSW, LCSW, PMH-C
I feel deeply connected in clinical practice when working with new moms and women who have experienced loss through termination of medical reasons (TFMR), miscarriage, and stillbirth. I also have a lifelong passion for reproductive justice and abortion access and believe that all abortion is valid and deserves non-judgmental support. While all fertility journeys are different, they all deserve to be respected and honored.
I work with clients through a combination of traditional talk therapy, education, practical skills, and solutions that focus on each individual client’s needs. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), attachment theory, family systems, and Karen Kleiman’s Art of Holding. I also work with a non-profit specializing in education and support for new mothers called PACE.
Through telling our stories and building relationships, we can make the world a more beautiful place for ourselves, our children, and our fellow humans.
