I specialize in working with individuals during the perinatal period and also those outside of that period who might have experienced other traumas. My treatment interventions are tailored to each person and are focused on helping clients break through obstacles they may have experienced in past therapy experiences. Some examples include, EMDR, Internal Family Systems/Parts Work, and Sand Tray. As a mom who experienced a traumatic birth myself, my goal is to help others avoid and/or mitigate the experience of parenting during and following trauma. I hope to help other parents find more joy in their parenting journeys.
