I have been practicing psychotherapy in the DC metro area for over 15 years. I received my Masters in Social Work from Catholic University National School of Social Service in 2007. I have held a clinical license (LICSW) in Washington, DC since 2010, and also hold a clinical license (LCSW) in Virginia. I specialize in children, adolescents, young adults and adults. My primary focus is on depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, difficulty with life transitions, postpartum depression and anxiety, and difficulty with various parenting stages. I also specialize in behavior consulting for toddlers to young children.

I have spent the last six years working with a non-profit, PACE - Parent and Childcare Education, leading support and education groups to postpartum mothers (pacemoms.org). My love and appreciation for this specific population has grown through my work with PACE. My work with PACE has also helped me develop expertise in the area of perinatal mental health, including individuals struggling with infertility, postpartum moms, and parents of toddlers and young children.
