Libby Hayes, LCSW, LICSW

Libby Hayes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia and Washington, DC, and the founder of Connected Beginnings, a private practice dedicated to supporting women navigating the challenges of motherhood. Libby is primarily telehealth based, but is a certified Run, Walk, Talk practitioner and offers in-person walking sessions in nature in Arlington, VA. She specializes in working with moms to be, new moms, and the years beyond including helping moms navigate postpartum anxiety, high risk pregnancy and loss, and parenting children with complex needs (ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and other needs). She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and relational theory. She is also trained in CBT-I for insomnia.
