I recently moved from New York City to Alexandria, Virginia with my son and husband in 2021. I previously worked as an inpatient medical social worker in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for several years at Mount Sinai Hospital where I became passionate about supporting women and families navigating traumatic and unanticipated postpartum experiences. After moving to the DMV area, I transitioned to clinical practice at Perennial Wellness, PLLC, which is a group practice that works exclusively with women and focuses on maternal mental health. I earned my advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and specialize in working with women navigating challenges towards fertility, high risk pregnancy complications, miscarriage, pregnancy or neonatal loss, NICU courses, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
