I am licensed therapist in Virginia and a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional with 15 years of experience in the field. I have a passion for working with individuals that are experiencing challenges in parenthood, whether that is struggling with fertility, pregnancy loss, or postpartum issues. This phase of life can be lonely, especially when it is not going as you hoped. With support and intervention, you can manage the difficulties and challenges coming your way. This is such a vulnerable period, and everyone can benefit from care and compassion.

Previously, I worked with active-duty military families and have a passion for helping military and first responder community. My therapy uses cognitive behavioral therapy using an attachment-based lens. I provide telehealth appointments and accept most major commercial insurances.
